Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, our refund policy makes it simple. 

Online Courses

Refunds available within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.  

  • Once refunded, you will no longer have access to the course.  

Prints, Books, Digital Products, Clothing & Accessories

  • Refunds within 30 days are available only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Replacement products ship free of charge. 

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please email contact@andistotestees.com with the following details:

  • Invoice Number (if available)

  • Name of the course or product

  • If damaged: note condition on delivery and attach a mobile screenshot.

  • If incorrect: specify the correct size, color, type.

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 72 hours and will appear in your PayPal account and a courtesy email will be sent to the email address we have for you in our files.
